When it works it does what it should
The printer is actually great but the software hangs regularly. I have tried updates. When scanning to a computer, I have to unplug and reboot every time. I need this function often, so it's a pain.

Print quality more than just disappointing
For a laser printer in this price range, the print quality is unfortunately more than just disappointing. The colours are not right at all and the print is blurred. Visually very nice, but that's it. I would definitely not buy this printer again
