I'm trying to get rid of him somehow...
The software is a disaster. Scanning under Linux? No way (no drivers, no TWAIN) Scanning under Windows often doesn't work either for inexplicable reasons. Duplex scanning without turning the sheets manually doesn't work either. Everything is covered with proprietary software. Printing only is ok, but then you probably don't buy a multifunction printer.

Best recommendation for this great printer
Great device, but be careful with the installation, it requires some knowledge of computer science. This is not a plug-and-play device. However, for people with an affinity for computer science, this is a brilliant device.

Price/performance are right!
The price/performance ratio of this MFP is right in comparison with other manufacturers/devices. After reading the manual and trying it out, the operation is also very pleasant. Whether directly via the device or via the web interface, the device can be set up according to your own requirements.

Constant problem with driver, scanner, WLAN
In the future, I will no longer sell Kyocera to my customers.
Constantly have problems with printer driver.
Scanner is temperamental. Works best through Kyocera Print center (Windows only) Apple software is weak.
WLAN does not connect to all Wi-Fis. Could not get it to work for a customer, had to take the printer back.
Speaking of Kyocera service
If a service case is pending you have to send in the printer (>30Kg) practically impossible. I.e. bring to Zurich and fetch. Good product with a good price-performance ratio
Set up is relatively easy, online manual and YouTube provide good support. Easy to set up for multiple users. You have to find your way around the Command Center, but it is basically logical. Absolutely recommended for home use!

Supercool.
Although a bit bulky, it does ALL you need and does it well. We print a LOT of educational stuff for our kid and we use it a lot. I'm still going through cartridges I got with the printer - and these should be lower capacity. We'll see what happens when we replace with real ones. We're very happy.

Top price / performance
Double-sided colour laser/MFP at a low price. Excellent for home or small office use. The scan to NAS function is also very useful, although it is a little difficult to configure.

Excellent print and fax, scanner only for IT cracks and even there only for specialised operating systems.
Print and fax perfect for small businesses. Scanner only for workgroups, high security prisons, banks and businesses with otherwise underemployed IT specialists.

The printer can do more than I expected. The installation was solved quickly and well through Kyocera's remote access. I am therefore extremely happy with the printer.
