All great, son is happy with it

The background noise can be heard very clearly despite the microphone arm. Keyboard, clicks and small movements in the office chair are surprisingly easy to hear.
Either the problem lies with my expectations and myself or it could be improved by software (but I don't know how).
I think I would have preferred to buy a higher quality product.Pro
