Amazing tool for sore muscles and workout recovery

I recently started CrossFit and this came highly recommended as a tool to aid recovery. Of course getting a massage regularly would be best, but given budget and covid, that is not possible. I like the different attachments which can help different types of muscles and that there is guidance provided. Every time I used it after a particularly challenging workout, I do notice a difference the next morning. Overall I highly recommend it!

Why I didn't buy this years ago!

I have been thinking about getting me a message gun for couple of years, I regret I didn't do that earlier, the amount of relief this device brings after workouts is phenomenal, I use it also for pre-workout warm up stretching, no words can describe the benefits, my exercise quality has increased a lot. I use it also before sleep for stress relief, and my sleep quality has increased!

The device itself is really well built, I tried other types, eventually, I got this one because it has more power and less noise, which is good for night use while watching TV.

Compared to the Theragun, which has a deeper stroke ~16mm, slower speeds, and better handle, I still prefer this model, almost the same effect with less noise, I feel I will use this model more.

Careful though, both devices have deeper than average stroke length, used unwisely on soft tissue could cause more harm than good, this device feels really strong at the beginning, and it could be painful depend on the amount of stress you have, so use it gradually, take your time to get your body used to it and start slow, this is more powerful than other guns I tried.

I wish it was quieter, with level 1 and 2 I can watch TV without a problem, it mixes with the background, level 3 is noticeable, I must say there are quieter models out there.

I highly recommend the device for a serious user, who knows how they will be using it to its full potential, it's not a starting device though in my opinion, I would pick something else to start with first, or carefully use it until get used to it.

I wish it had more speeds, most of the time I use speed 1 and 2, rarely I need speed 3.
