Do not recommend it to anyone.
The printer is noisy, slow, error messages are constantly coming, the ink cartridges are not properly inserted. An unusable big plastic thing. I regret having ordered this printer.

Hands off!
The worst HP product in my home office for years. Again and again problems with the print heads. Despite replacement black/colour, colour failures/error messages again and again. This overpriced printer is so useless that I refuse to repair it despite the current warranty.... It's going in the bin!

Saving printer with a paper feed to throw in the bin
The paper feed is a disaster, the print result poor, but it is economical in consumption....at least. But the paper feed...man...that the printer is still alive and hasn't flown out of the window is almost a miracle.
DON'T BUY THE FUCKING THING!
NEW - with compulsory registration - if you want to scan you have to register with your phone number and e-mail...really now???Pro

Unusable
We have already tested the two competitors (Epson and Canon) with ink tanks and this device is by far the worst printer we have ever bought. We have about 4-5 error messages per day, which can only be cleared if the device is unplugged.
The printer is also extremely slow both when printing and scanning. The ink consumption is about twice to three times as high as the Canon printer. I would not recommend this device to anyone and will certainly choose a different brand next time I buy it.Pro

Non-existent after sales service
Ordered on September 30th, received on October 1st: super fast, bravo Digitec.
Device installed on October 01 and the device does not accept one of the cartridges and indicates to replace the inciminated cartridge replace... they are new out of the pack with the printer...
After sales service contacted by e-mail immediately on October 01... just received a message, probably automatic, that the request will be processed as soon as possible and delays to be expected because of COVID.
Here we are on October 08 and still nothing.
After sales service Digitec: the total nothingness.

I finally bought a new printer and have remained loyal to the HP brand. The HP Smart Tank Plus 555 is really great and highly recommended. It's super easy to fill in the ink. Nothing goes wrong, very simple and fast. The HP Easy Start programme also makes it very easy to set up. You only have to start the programme and the printer is automatically connected to the wifi. But it also works with USB. I tested this myself first. The printer is very quiet, very fast and prints in very good quality. You can download the manual to your PC as a PDF file and there is no CD included, because you can get everything online, which is good from an environmental point of view. Printing from a mobile phone is also very easy. Download the APP from the APP Store and you can print photos on the go. Very practical. And what's also great is the low cost of refilling the ink and the bottles can be recycled. I would buy the HP Smart Tank Plus 555 again and again and it is highly recommended.

Good idea, but...
You need to use this printer every day if possible to prevent the print head from clogging. This can be largely prevented with "test prints", but increases the costs for paper and ink. All in all a half-baked product, a pity, the idea with the large tanks would be captivating. I already had my doubts when I unpacked it, the thing is extremely light, there can't be much in it and that was the case.

What's with the paper feed ???
In the price sector, it should at least have a paper tray with at least 250 sheets of paper -
and not such a Neanderthal feeder on the back with only 100 sheets !!!!!! Don't buy !!!
I urgently needed to replace my Canon Pixma MX925 that I had used for 6 years! Having had bad experiences with HP printers, I didn't want them any more. Despite everything, I wanted to give HP printers a second chance.
Bad luck! Disconnects non-stop on Windows, Mac OS, Android. A disaster.
No RJ45 network connection!
Indicates errors on the screen when there are none. Just restart it.
- Problems with ink cartridges. When there aren't any!
- scanner error on all machines! Windows and MacOS.
Bugs despite firmware updates.
NEVER USE HP PRINTERS AGAIN!!! A FUIR !
It's a waste both ecologically and financially, because as soon as I can, this printer will end up in the scrap heap!
What's more, the construction is pretty cheap.

1 year it ran well
can do everything: print, copy, scan, fax, wifi and low printing costs.
The constant error messages are annoying:
- it doesn't recognise the paper format and complains that it doesn't fit. OK, pressing continues... but it just keeps stopping and needs attention
- Error message: Jerk head not inserted correctly. 1x out and in again and it goes on... stop again and fiddle with it.
A bit loud and slow, but I knew that and it's ok. For me, the reason for buying was:
- compact, it fits in the space provided
- can do everything

Good home printer
So far (almost 2 weeks of use) the printer is exactly what someone would expect of a multifunctional home printer. It was easy to follow the setup instructions and comes with all the accessories needed (including the color (C,M,Y) and black ink (2x).
The only thing you might find annoying at the beginning is a "beep" that resolves by updating the firmware and restarting the printer afterwards. Besides that, all good!Pro
