Missing accessories and lousy user manual
The fact that the device is delivered without a USB cable was nowhere to be found on the digitec/galaxus shop page.
The cover image of the device in the shop is also misleading. The device is shown without the bulky paper feed. This gives the impression that the device has an internal paper tray (which is not the case).
The quick start guide does not explain how to insert the printer cartridges and the process is not entirely self-explanatory. On the first try, the carriage did not automatically move to the maintenance position. Probably because the access door was not closed properly when the machine was switched on.Pro

Good printer but you have to DL the app to control it.
Set-up with wifi bluetooth & app is nightmare.
