Frequent material defects
I bought the HP 255 G10 in September 2023. I have already sent the product back once because of a defect in the screen (red spots), and now I have to send it back because the Ctrl key on the keyboard is defective.
I would advise against buying this computer, or else keep the packaging so that you can send it in for repair.
And repairing the keyboard under warranty will be refused.As expected
