Bluetooth connection only works very poorly

Style over substance
All looks very nice - the design and look is great and sound is pretty decent, but two major issues:
1) No dust cover - dont understand that at all. Never noticed until it was delivered.
2) Bluetooth connectivity - with the speakers it is a complete PAIN!! I had to write a start up sequence for my daughter. But long and short it's rubbish - sometimes it connects, other times not. Than to re-sync is a faff. It means using it is far less enjoyable than it should be and therefore gets used less.
I will probably ditch the bluetooth speakers and buy and amp.
