It scans without a connected PC. Really!
It is not that easy to find an SMB-capable scanner that can save scans to network drives without having to buy an enterprise product.
Fits perfectly with my NAS/Paperless-ngx setup. I spent the whole evening feeding the little one with documents lying around the flat.
Won out over the IX1600 and the ADS 4700w from Brother.The best among scanners
I use the printer via SMB together with Paperless Ngx on my Synology NAS.

I give the point deduction for this and otherwise I'm happy: The option to back up directly to the cloud exists but is still not very flexible, because you can't use your own NAS or Owncloud solutions, but there are only adapters for the largest known cloud hosters.
