Great help and good results!
I first found out about window cleaning robots a few weeks ago and have since become very interested in them, as we have many large windows and a glazed conservatory (so window cleaning is very tedious or expensive for us).
At the beginning I was very sceptical/ hesitant because there were few test reports/ videos and these robots are rather less advanced than e.g. the hoover robots. But then, at CHF 350, I decided to try this model - and man, was it a good decision!
The handling is very easy and after 1-2 uses you get the hang of it. I also find the supplied case extremely practical for storage/transport.
The cleaning result is very good in my opinion. I am surprised how well it cleans the windows and how it really gets to the edges. Even very dirty exterior windows look like new after two deep cleanings! Sure, there are smear marks here and there and it can't get rid of particularly stubborn dirt that you have to scrape off by hand, but that's completely normal for me. If there is a lot of dirt, it is also advisable to wash out the cleaning cloth between cleanings for a better result.
If you need "flat handover quality", you have to polish here and there with a kitchen paper. But otherwise it does a really good job.
The tedious work it saves is worth the purchase alone. Cleaning a flat once is already worth the price, if you compare it with professional cleaning.
The app is not always the most reliable, but it works quite well. Fortunately, the robot also cleans independently of it.
You can tell I'm very enthusiastic about this cleaning robot and I can highly recommend it. I rarely had the feeling that the money is so well invested as here.Pro

Let us clean windows with pleasure...
Bought the unit for our partitioned 2.5 x 6 metre window front. Windows from floor to ceiling. Cleans sufficiently well. We will use it more often than cleaning by hand, as it is much more convenient and we no longer have to climb a ladder. However, you still have to rub in certain stains yourself if you want to have it super clean.
Where the guardrail is fitted, it is of no use on windows that reach down to the floor. In order to use it, you need some kind of mounting option at the top of the window or on the ceiling, for example a curtain rod. The app offered is useful, but I would have liked to turn off the audio messages or turn them down, but I haven't found where to do that in the app yet. The volume during cleaning is just about right, comparable to a household hoover.Pro

Best invention in living memory
I haven't cleaned any windows since we bought our own home. That's 7 years of dirt and grime. This appliance turns frosted glass into window glass! Absolutely great. I was very sceptical because I read everywhere that the window cleaning robots weren't that good yet. But this one is! Just moisten the cloth slightly otherwise it slips and makes mistakes. I take a cloth from the kitchen, wet it and rub it over one side of the robot's cloth! That's enough to moisten it. Cleaning agent bottle is included. Once the bottle was empty, I unscrewed it and filled it up with cheap window cleaner from Migros or Aldi. It has to be streak-free. It works perfectly and is almost 20 times cheaper than buying the original. I've been looking out of the windows again for a long time and we have a lot of them! a few windows were so dirty that I had to clean the really bad spots by hand with a lot of force! Afterwards the robot went over it, everything was perfect! Don't be intimidated if everything doesn't work right from the start!

LOVE it
I have had the Winbot W1 Pro for a week and have cleaned all the windows and the glass railings of the large terrace with it. The machine is super, totally easy to use. After reading here that the fan was loud, I was pleasantly surprised that I don't feel that way. The cleaning agent is not cheap, but it does what it is supposed to do - it doesn't leave streaks and the splashes that miss dissolve into thin air. If you buy the expensive appliance, you shouldn't skimp on the most important thing. Nobody buys a Porsche to order the tyres from Alibaba afterwards :-) Winbot, I really love it.
