lousy behaviour from digitec
ordered from digitec a few weeks ago - cancelled by digitec as no longer available from the supplier. however, offered again in the store at a much higher price.

Ordered at a favourable price and the delivery date even brought forward for a short time, but then no longer available? Why is the thing still offered here at a much higher price? Something must have gone wrong...

It is an absolute cheek and impertinence on the part of Galaxus:
"We regret to inform you that the following item from your order dated 24.11.2022 can no longer be delivered".

Fully meets my expectations, would probably have been my rating for this product. Especially for the price of CHF 278. But unfortunately Galaxus also cancelled my order, which didn't surprise me. At this price, the device would probably be a SUPERSCHNAEPPCHEN!

Top for nomadism
Apart from the weak points mentioned, very pleased with this EcoFlow River 2 Max 512W Power Station used with a 110W EcoFlow folding solar panel for nomadic life with electric bike + trailer.
Fully charged in 4-5 hours in full sunlight without clouds, and really in 1 hour with the 220V AC plug. Magical and currently without competition. So the promised capacities are fulfilled.
I can even charge the bike's 300W battery 1.5x with its dedicated charger plugged into one of the station's Swiss AC sockets. This is a great advantage.
ATTENTION, it is not clearly mentioned anywhere that the XT60 to MC4 cable must be purchased as an option to connect the Power Station to an EcoFlow solar panel. This cable is not delivered with the panels either.
I pointed out this nonsense and Digitec supplied it to me free of charge without discussion the day after I received my order.
The EcoFlow App is updated regularly and has a good and beautiful ergonomics for an intuitive and pleasant handling within everyone's reach.
I warmly recommend the EcoFlow microcosm which I find very successful for a light, sober, reliable, robust and autonomous nomadic electrical supply.

Strange Black Friday offer
I ordered that product on Black Friday for 270 chf or so... but my order was cancelled because it's not produce anymore or so... new product... not available.... never... interesting... so what this is doing here? I was ok with waiting time 2-3 months... but now If I want to order I have to pay more than double....

They listed the same item twice, one at full price and the other with a 50% discount during black friday, after selling so many they realised that something was wrong and cancelled all orders saying that the product is no longer available, strange that the other listing at full price is still there...

Simply brilliant for my mobile amateur photo studio in the car. Enough juice for my LED photo lights and charging my camera and batteries via USB C. My e-bike and e-scooter are also charged in the underground car park (as there is no socket)

Absolutely brilliant
I use it in my motorhome as a back-up battery. The small capacity is enough for me, because I prefer a small battery. It's fairly light, so it's easy to carry around, and it charges very, very quickly, which is great. I've been using it for several weeks now and it's never had any problems.

Regrettable sales method
I ordered a battery for 330 chf, then I was asked to pay another 300 chf because the price was not right?!?!!?! I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get a good deal on the battery, but I'm sure I'll be able to get a good deal.
