Does the job as advertised, very happy, can't wait to hit the road with this babe in my van!
Removing the plug covers is as easy as 1-2-3: drill a hole, put your finger in it and remove without any effort, they're only lightly clipped and come out super easy. Might not even take to drill a holes if finding how to grab them. As expected, it's just a EU product with covers for CH compliance, all 4 plugs are fully functional.

This thing is really good but has one huge flaw and that is the 4 Chinese power fans (3 watts each!) that remind you of a JET!
Or in other words... you can't put this part in a populated area.
What is halfway bearable (with ear protection) at 200 to 300 watts is painful at 400 watts solar power because then these FAN's turn up full blast and it sounds like a bitcon mining farm! This is not acceptable IMO and disturbs the otherwise brilliant overall impression of a compact all in ONE power station.
The volume is not comparable with the EcoFlow Delta Mini, which is comparatively quiet.
So if, like me, you want to put a Max in your living room after the Mini, be aware that it is unbearable!
Since I am electronically savvy, I replaced the FANs with silent FANs and now it's great!
ONLY this is of course risky because there are actually no standard FANs that deliver this performance. I would say that they only blow half as hard, but they only consume 1.5 watts max each and they are a few millimetres thicker, which makes installation even more difficult.
This modification is not possible without re-soldering the connectors and changing the wiring of the FAN!
The pinout is different and the RPM signal from the new FAN has to be routed into the void and the signal cable of the connector has to be connected to GND instead.
This seems to be an open collector signal that switches through when the fan turns. So it is a digital signal.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, hands off!
Such a modification on a power station is very dangerous for house (short circuit = inferno) life and limb (high voltages)!
So really only consider something like this if you know exactly what you are doing.
Otherwise do not even think about doing something like this.

The generator works great as the central power unit for your solar-powered office setup of a computer & Monitor, plus keeping phones and tablets charged. You can run your office for around 3 to 4 days when there is no sun, with sun you can run your office and top up your generator if you have at least 200W of solar going in. If you want to also power additional items such as lights or small appliances with your office setup, consider the EcoFlow Delta Pro with at least 200W of solar going in.
Regarding Solar Panels:
EcoFlow 110W solar panels work great with the Delta Max, but you will need two. It will take two full sunny days to charge a Delta pro to 100% from zero with 2 panels. If you have a Delta Pro don't buy the 110W panel, instead buy two 160W or even better, two 200W panels. To charge the Delta Pro from 0% to 100% it will require two 200W panels and two days to do the job. You can run your home office setup - Laptop & Monitor & Phone(s)/tablets(s) for about 3 days with the Delta Max and 5 to 6 days with the Delta Pro on a single 100% charge.

By pressing and holding the AC button on the back it is possible to switch between 60Hz and 50Hz. Unfortunately, this is not described in the manual supplied.
Please make sure that 50Hz is set before you operate any device with it.
When ordering, you should also order a Schuko/T13 adapter to be able to operate devices with a protective earth conductor.
According to Digitec support, a fixed adapter should be supplied with the charging cable. It was forgotten in my case, but I will receive one later.
The app has been a positive feature so far. It can be used, for example, to set the minimum and maximum charge in order to extend the life of the batteries.

The Powerstation was most likely sold directly to the customer without much control.
The frequency output at the AC output is 60Hz. So far I have not found a way to change it, if that is possible at all.
The charging cable has a Schuko plug. You also need a fixed adapter to be able to charge the Delta 2 at all.
The AC output is also a Schuko socket. Even if the power station were to output 50Hz, you would need an adapter here too. The instruction manual also shows a Swiss socket. I had hoped that this would also be installed when I order from Digitec in Switzerland.

Product:
For CHF 1'869.00, we send you an electric generator which, according to Galaxus, has been upgraded to Swiss standards, with 3 out of 4 electrical outlets sealed.
Moreover, the electrical plugs are European and no adapters are supplied with the product.
Of course, the after-sales service considers that the product is compliant and not defective, so the return costs are to be paid by the customer (30 kg in total). It is also the customer who has to do the work of Galaxus by organizing the return by post.
After sales service:
No manifestation from Galaxus once the return is registered on their website.
After a telephone contact request (11 days after registration of the return), an operator will call you for any questions you may have.
This operator, although courteous, fortunately, has no desire to sort out the mess. He sticks to his guns and insists that the product is in order and that the costs are at your expense. A great scam in my opinion.
I told the operator that I would gladly pay the return shipping costs to get a refund of the staggering sum of
CHF 1,869 for the generator and CHF 1,089 for the solar panel and that in future I would use another supplier.
I have also had problems with an ASUS computer (unrepairable according to the supplier) and a BenQ projector (sent 3 times for repair).
In conclusion, I give a mark of 1 out of 10 to the EcoFlow products as well as to the after sales service of Galaxus.
Best regards.

The caps over the Schuko sockets can be removed quite easily: Either with a pocket knife - leather cutter thing - or with a brush clip and a pair of pliers (hack shapes out of the clip with the pliers, insert into the cap, pull, goes in a flash; switch off the device beforehand) - and so all 4 sockets could be used.
The 50Hz was set to Fixed for me... I think I can live with the disadvantages (the smell will disappear, I have adapters for the Schuko sockets, Motörhead is louder).

Great product!
Only regret:
At this price you would expect the product to come with an adapter or cable for charging from the mains to a CH socket, it would also be nice if the 230V sockets on the front were supplied with CH adapters.
Charging with a 12V power supply is very limited in A and will take a long time.

I have two EcoFlow Delta Pro with an additional battery each, a total of 4 units and have been operating these units daily for several months. They are charged with 2 large solar panels. The positive thing is that the units run perfectly and have a large capacity overall. The output power is also very good. However, the capacity cannot be fully used with the additional battery, as the distribution between the main unit and the additional battery is not optimal. The capacity display is very inaccurate. When charging, for example, it suddenly jumps from 60% to 80%. So it is never clear how far the units are effectively charged. If it is set that the unit should stop charging at 80%, the unit switches off when one of the two units (main unit or additional unit) has reached approximately this 80%. However, the charge is not distributed in such a way that both units reach approximately the same state of charge. According to EcoFlow, the units should be able to be calibrated if they are completely charged and discharged 2-3 times. But that didn't really help. In this price range, the display and the distribution between the main unit and the additional battery should be much better. The fan runs very often, even when the temperature is relatively low. At best, this has a negative effect on the service life. It is to be hoped that the problems mentioned will be solved with software updates. Then they would really be very good devices.

I have a reserve module from my solar roof and I was just able to plug it into the eco flow and it works!
to the eco flow and it works!
Can be used, for example, to bridge a power failure for a refrigerator or other devices. As soon as power flows again from the mains, there is a brief message of an overvoltage, which is why the power supply is interrupted for a few seconds. Accordingly, it is not suitable for uninterruptible power supply for sensitive devices (e.g. servers). Furthermore, it must be configured that the 230V output is always switched on, which is only possible by means of an app.

The product is delivered with 3 of the 4 sockets blocked. The sockets are blocked with Bachmann Teddy covers, these covers are glued and therefore not easily removed. I was offered to send my Delta 2 back because I wanted to use a socket at the bottom (one of the blocked ones). What is even more distressing is that on the reviews of this product on the Galaxus..... website there are user photos and explanations on how to remove these covers. So the service is very very disappointing. My Delta 2 was delivered without an adapter..... so it is impossible to use in Switzerland..... On the other hand the clamping for Switzerland was done.......
So this product has 2 stars because it is degraded for the Swiss consumer......

I bought the EcoFlow Delta Max new, it was unfortunately defective from the start and could not be charged via the solar connection. I was then sent a replacement product, which unfortunately also did not work reliably and partially discharged itself without a device being connected, and charging via solar also still worked very unreliably... Only problems with it, finally I got a credit note and bought another power station (Fossibot F2400)...
After 3 days of testing, here is my small preliminary review:
I use the Delta Pro in my camper van - I have 420 Wp solar on the roof and an optional 400 Wp folding panel.
When I wanted to charge the Delta Pro with the car input to check if this would work, I searched in vain for the car input. Before I bought it, I read the specifications and it clearly states that it has a solar AND a car input. Unfortunately, this is one and the same. With the car you can charge just over 100W.
When I tried to connect the solar panels of the Delta Pro, a relay clicked inside, but the unit did not start charging, even though it was the middle of the day, albeit cloudy. A measurement with the multimeter showed: 75V voltage and 0.8 A short-circuit current (60 Watt) - Only on the other day, when the sun pushed a bit more through the fog I got 80V / 1 A (80W) - the Delta Pro then started charging and showed a value of 40 Watt. I can't explain this, apparently there is a threshold here. So it could be that the panels are delivering power, but the power is not enough to charge the Delta Pro, even if that would be a usable 30 watts. Very disappointing.
I also wish that the fan temperature was regulated (as it is already a bit loud, especially when it is not needed at all (e.g. at 11 degrees) - the app is very minimalist. Unfortunately, you can only see the current consumption and input. I would like to see more technical data such as current, voltage, kWh - statistics on how much has been charged via solar (hours, days, weeks, etc).
The good thing is that most of the problems can probably be solved purely by software.
Even though there are many negative points, there is currently nothing comparable on the market. That's why I'm keeping the Delta Pro.

Unfortunately they have to be produced again, maybe even with better fans. even with better fans but mine are ok only the software is still not top just made an update brings a few new things but for thisI had to enter the wifi password 5 times again and the connection does not always work, but it was great before, very strange or you are charging with solar with 450 watts at 72% battery and after 5 minutes the battery is 100% or 1 time I did not even get the water hot with the kettle and 100% battery, normally the consumption is around 1800 watts 20 minutes rest battery there was only 5 minutes I thought the cells are defective... so the battery was at 0% after 5 minutes and i couldn't have started the ecoflow Delta 2 again and oh wonder it was now at 75%....and for info i only charge via solar with 2 x 220 watt modules from Ecoflow has max.input of 489 watt the modules are top if they are aligned correctly.
Another thing that really annoys me is that when the ecoflow starts automatically when charging via solar, the wifi is not switched on!!!! and I can't read it out and operate it via the app.....
And to switch on the ecoflow, I first have to disconnect the solar cable and restart the ecoflow, which I can do when I'm not at home........

We bought it because we work at home and need computers. We won't know if the device is any good until the power runs out due to incompetent policies. We assume that the device can be used. At the moment it is just standing around. Nevertheless, we are positive. We probably need several of them if we have to run freezers in the cellar and the kitchen, and at least 2 computers in the office upstairs. My wife's waterbed is then probably an ice pad and the heating doesn't work either. At least then you can charge your mobile phone to grumble. Maybe the government will provide every household with 2-3 such devices - instead of cohesion billions.

The description on Galaxus states:
"Sealing AC output
This Power Station is delivered according to CH standards, which is why only one AC socket is available. There may therefore be slight deviations from the pictures."
Sealing three outlets is more than just a "slight deviation". In addition, a two-pin Italian connection is supplied. So the conventional Swiss plugs cannot be used unless you chop off the earth, which is not very smart. So you need an adapter plug, which of course is not supplied.

A hefty price but the connectivity is really great. Can be charged via cigarette lighter, 230V and solar panel and has USB-A, USB-C, 230VAC and various 12V DC outputs. Much cleaner instead of a mobile power generator, of course. Unfortunately there are no programming options like timer for 230V charging or rules for charging when you have 230V and solar panel connected etc. Since I need the Powerstation at the moment also as a test device to test the size and orientation of solar panels of the large plant in advance, it would be quite handy if the individual values were available in the portal, as with Victron, and you could then export them, with a reasonable time scale.
