I found the glass itself to be good enough. But the mounting frame is made from cardboard, which is not ideal. I took a lot of care to remove any small pieces of loose paper from the cardboard, so nothing would fall between the screen and glass while aligning. I checked it one more time after fitting the frame to phone and it seemed alright. But I was out of luck and got about 2mm long thread of paper under the glass, right at the edge. This prevents the air to be squeezed away from there and opens up a way for the dust to collect underneath. The result is that I'm buying another piece to give it another try. This, in turn, somewhat defeats the eco-purpose of cardboard accessory in my case.

It's been an adventure getting the right screen protector for my Pixel 8. I chose this screen protector because it got recommended on a forum. Installation by cardboard frame is cool, because plastic is bad for our planet so there's that. If you follow the video, install the frame and put the glass on, it doesn't get perfectly lined up. The reason for this is the frame, the feet are a tad too high and there is a bit too much room in between the frame and the protector. To get it perfectly is almost impossible. I tried a second time and it failed because with these protectors, you only have one chance.
Contacted Galaxus support about the problem. They just said it's my fault because I didn't do a good job installing. First and last time buying from Galaxus.

I'm generally satisfied, but I think charging €20 for a single piece of armoured glass is a bit excessive.
It's easy to type on the armoured glass and my in-display fingerprint sensor also works perfectly.
But the cut isn't a revelation either, it fits well and is relatively quick to fit, but there's no hole for the front camera and it doesn't close off the frame.
