Even the finest grind setting is far too coarse for portafilter machines (at best suitable for filter coffee). Absolutely wrong purchase.

Broken after only 3 years and no more than 15-20 uses. What a shame!

Recommend to spray some water to the beans before grinding to minimise the static problem.

Although it is easy to use and not too noisy, the grind is not right at all. Even if you choose the finest, it is far too coarse and so the coffee has no taste. Very disappointed and sent back. A shame for this well known brand...

Every morning freshly ground. Easy to use. You have to find the right coffee and the right setting. As stated in the instructions, you have to tap the tray so that the coffee doesn't stick.

Wanted a quick alternative for my manual Comandante hand grinder. In my opinion, the grind does not correspond to the fineness as I would like it for an espresso. Thus, only half taste and a bland coffee. Should grind 1-3 levels finer.
For filter coffee or other preparation methods certainly OK.
+ Good in handling.

The mill was delivered already defective, no transport damage. Annoying warranty case.

Excellent coffee grinder with a good choice of grinding thickness and with adjustment of the number of cups from 1 to 12. Takes little space (it's a little bigger than a classic half-pound coffee box) and is easy to store. It grinds quite fast but is a bit noisy. The only flaw: it leaves the coffee very static, so if you use it directly without letting it rest, in the long run it may damage the coffee machine. It should be cleaned well with a brush at the level of the blades and the nozzle, the drawer can be rinsed and dried easily.

You can adjust the degree of grinding and the number of coffees, great! Easy to store and maintain.
I am very happy with it. It does the job and the size is perfect for any kitchen

Bought three years ago. Am still satisfied. Just right for the Pressstempelkanne (=French Press, piston pot). Grinding degree of the finest setting could be finer, however.
