Nice machine, the coffee is not really hot and the whistling and piping sounds are annoying!

I am a pour over fan, but wanted a coffee machine that would save me time when I am in a hurry. The pour over mode tries to simulate a pour over and is surprisingly good and delivers a deep extraction. The regular drip mode makes a great carafe of coffee too. My only criticism is the large glass carafe - a feature of the machine. It looks great but the carafe is really large to allow it to hold the coffee basket. I wish the basket stayed attached to the machine and there was a smaller, more manageable carafe.

This machine is super easy to use with its two unique buttons. It is also aesthetically perfect. The only drawbacks in my opinion are that the water tank cannot be removed for washing, and sometimes the machine has trouble finishing the program (for example sometimes when there is no more water inside the tank it keeps running). Otherwise the coffee is very good, and the general use is pleasant.

Just a simple coffee machine that makes perfect coffee.... Don't need too much fancies to have a great coffee! Recommend!
I bought the machine for an apartment we rent out. Since it needs a way for filter coffee. Received, tried at home, thrilled. Even the coffee is good - otherwise I drink long coffee as Americano from the espresso machine.
The boiling method, in which first the water in the glass is heated at the top, and then goes through in two or three stages, is attractive.
Off to the Engadine, switched on and marvelled: the water bubbled and bubbled, but the brewing mechanism never started. A quick reminder of physics class: the set temperature was never reached!
There's nothing in the instruction manual about how to lower the brewing temperature. So the machine is coming back to the Underland with me.
