Unit OK, scope of delivery poor
The unit is OK, but the fact that it is supplied in Switzerland without a three-phase plug, only with an adapter, is impossible.

We wanted to get away from our Nespresso capsule system as we drink 3 to 4 cups of coffee per person per day. This is our first fully automatic coffee machine. Before buying it, I studied various test reports and You-Tube videos. I have to say that all the statements and results of these tests are absolutely correct. Excellent coffee with very tasty milk foam! Many setting options and coffee variations that you want are available and can even be individually adjusted. The machine has one disadvantage: you drink a lot more coffee now because it's just super delicious ;) But that's what it's there for, for coffee drinkers.
