I've had the machine for 5 years. So far, only the spout has had to be replaced, otherwise it runs perfectly. The grinder can be easily removed and reinstalled for maintenance. The machine is recommended for anyone who can do a bit of screwing themselves. All spare parts can be found online at favourable prices.

No Swiss plug
EU Plug, you need to buy an Swiss adaptor. Bad communication from Galaxus
It works well, it just needs a Swiss plug instead of a French one

De Longhi Authentica
Very nice design. I wanted to buy magnifica, but finally I've found this one. I like two new programs: doppio and long coffee. I prefere strong coffee, so I've set it on max. Machine has a lot of custom settings. There is watter filter, exchangeable, but I couldn't find any (spare) on market. Not for now, but in the future this can be problematic to find.
