Works great
Unpacked (er, rather tore open the packaging), plugged the part into the USB socket, ignored the enclosed CD, Win10 fetches the driver, searched for the device, paired it and that's it.
That's how plug 'n' play is supposed to be.

Important:
Windows did not install the drivers automatically with my Win10 installation.
Use the drivers on the manufacturer's website and restart the PC. After that, everything worked smoothly. Installation with the CD disconnected my devices again and again!Plug in - Windows Update (W10)- Ready
Plugged in, ran Windows 10 update and Bluetooth works flawlessly with Bose QuietComfort 35 headphones.

I had ordered a key from another brand that was supposedly compatible with Windows 7, unfortunately it was so complex that it took your hair out, but DeLock still offers a CD - yes, I said a CD - with the product, which greatly simplified the installation.I did say a CD with the product which greatly simplified the installation and I imagine that on a PC running Windows 10/11 with an internet connection it must be plug and play.

Works on 3 laptops with Windows 10 only after detours
The adapter is supposed to replace the built-in Bluetooth chips in my laptops to increase the range (USB extension, adapter on shelf). In the end, it actually works.
Bluetooth adapter installations are often a gamble because ancient chips are used for which "official" drivers do not work.
This Delock adapter uses the aged BCM20702A0 from Broadcom.
In a nutshell:
1) Windows 10 did not automatically recognise the adapter on three different laptops. Disabling the built-in Intel Bluetooth technology didn't help either.
2) The drivers supplied on CD and those from broadcom.com did not work. At best, one-way communication worked, in this case headphones yes, microphone no. However, only with insane sound problems such as hissing, crashing or echoes.
3) The driver in the Service Pack SP75330.exe from HP worked immediately (bidirectional, no artefacts).
4) As soon as this driver was installed, Windows 10 announced itself with a driver update.

Unusable for Apple AirPods 2. In Headset Mode (Teams, WebEx) only HFP 1.6 with 8kbit/s is supported. No HD Voice. All right for listening to music (A2DP) apart from the poor range.

Works straight away even under Linux on very old Dell notebooks. No additional installation of drivers necessary. Recommendable from my point of view

Never worked for me
Unfortunately, the product did not work for me. I never found out why. Either I didn't find the correct driver, or the adapter wasn't compatible with my laptop.... If it had worked, it would certainly have been a great product.

You notice the price in the transmission....
I got the adapter for Bluetooth streaming via Spotify. It is not suitable for music, especially not for psytrance. It cuts certain frequencies so that they sound strangely plastic and hollow.

The adapter works well on Linux and Windows 10, no problem to listen to sound on headphones or portable speaker, allows to transfer files from your mobile phone (Android).
