Dell WD19TBS
Thunderbolt, 3 Ports
Same remark as already mentioned by several people, I received a European power cable with a completely useless adapter. Instead of this useless adapter why not send the Swiss laptop power cable (T12 to C5)
Otherwise the station works very well
The docking station works good, I paired with dell laptop (XPS 9500) and dell monitors (2K) and it worked out of the box.
The provided adapter for the swiss socket it's not good, it doesn't even fit with the docking station cord and it's poor quality, I would expect more from Digitec/Dell in that regard.
It's expensive but I guess the price it's high because Dell target customers for this docking are usually businesses.

I use the part with an M1Max 16" Macbook as a one-cable solution, well not quite 3-cables...
In itself, the Dell WD19TBS would be a good product. It looks nice, has a high quality finish and has a solid USB C cable for the computer that goes out the side.
However, the thing is unusable. After about 30 minutes of use, all USB devices, i.e. mouse, keyboard, SSD etc. suddenly disconnect. You have to unplug the cable and plug it back in again. Then it works again. This happens completely randomly. Sometimes it works for several hours without problems, sometimes for a few minutes.
The monitor inputs also bug completely. My second monitor (UHD 27") is sometimes simply no longer connected and remains black. My main monitor (5k 34") also only works with a diversion. If you connect it directly, it only has 30hz. Conclusion: Two 4k monitors via Display Port / USB c do not work. The combination 34" 1440p and 27" 2160p also does not work via 1 cable. Neither DP nor USB-C.
The device also does not support offline charging. So when the computer is in sleep mode, you can't charge USB devices on the ports in front.
If it wasn't for the random disconnected problem, I would have kept the device. For the monitors I have found a solution that everything via. 1 cable works in full resolution and 60hz. However, I have to send the thing back and have now bought this and hope that it has no bugs: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/caldigit-ts4-thunderbolt-dockingstation-usb-hub-19620193?ip=ts4
This should be the best solution as a 1 cable setup with a Mac.

This review was created for a different variant: WD19TBS (Thunderbolt, 10 Ports)

As mentioned several times in the reviews, the docking station comes with a cheap Schuko CH adapter (see photo). It would be better to supply a cable with a CH plug - as other suppliers do with this dock.
