Very good and also inexpensive 140mm fan. I have a total of five in several cases as case fans. Unfortunately, I had to be unfaithful to digitec when I bought them because I was dependent on quick delivery and another supplier could deliver from stock. But it wasn't because of the price, which is also good at digitec.

Quality is good. Not quite Noctua level. But not far off and significantly cheaper than Noctua. Air throughput/performance is also very OK.

Noise is also acceptable at 12V.

The only thing that bothers me are the "rubber holes" for mounting. The decoupling itself works very well, but the rubber "twists" quite a bit when mounting with fan screws.

Good approaches with potential for improvement

At the moment (2015) there is a real hype about these fans (generally the SP and AF series from Corsair)... You can see them with their coloured rings in many systems. Now I also wanted to know what these fans could do. With correspondingly high expectations, I installed them in my system.

With regard to the rubber cams - during installation - I can only agree with christianv9. They are well-intentioned (decoupling), but impractical. However, I have found a trick for mounting them: Tighten the screws a little too much and then turn them back a little, then the cams click back into place.

In the system, I first installed them without the supplied 7V adapter. They were simply too loud for me. But the air flow rate is like an aircraft turbine...
With the 7V adapter, the noise level is more than acceptable and the air throughput is completely OK. (which is what you would expect from an AF fan -> "Air Flow" fan).

The colour rings supplied are great. However, they were difficult to get off the fan at first. A few more colours wouldn't have hurt, but a spray can from the DIY store can also help "when it burns".

I find the price of these fans relatively "steep", considering that only one fan is usually not enough for a computer. The AF140 fans are not the best in terms of quality, but the price is higher.

    Very good / stylish fans

    Very good fans.
Complement the design of my blue-black PC very nicely.
Mounting is not greatly affected by the rubber corners, as you can simply hold them while tightening the screw.

For me, the best coloured fans in the price range at the moment.

Top fans, quiet running and still look sexy!
