Very good
Fairly easy to install, good functionality, excellent call clarity and mic clarity. Installed on a shark Spartan, which is not optimal (due to the bib at the back of the neck and the location for the Sharktooth.) but it installs well. I didn't know if it would work on my helmet but everything fits very well. Didn't change the comfort of my helmet at all (no ear discomfort). Very good autonomy, application to manage settings and communications with other intercom. Good sound quality, some equalizer settings are necessary for perfect listening. Very satisfied with the product! :)

Top product.
Already have two in use since 2 years. My wife and I enjoyed many hours touring and talking on the bike. Now junior is joining the club. So there was no question what intercom would suit him.

Not worth the money
All features are as expected apart from the sound. Despite having the JBL speakers, the sound quality is poor - lack of any bass, not enough volume, not clear enough at high volume setting. I was expecting more.
Additionally, after the first few uses the sound starting breaking constantly every 2 to 5 secs, making it impossible to listen to music or make a call. The device has no damage. I have one for my wife too and there is the same issue.
I returned the device to Galaxus (under warranty) explaining the issue, and after a month they sent back the same device with a note saying "no issues with the device, it works properly"!
For such an expensive device, built quality is not great either. The little rubber flap to cover the USB port stopped closing properly after the second charge. So no more waterproofing.
Very dissappointed!
