    It takes an infinitely long time until the thing finally starts...

    It takes an infinitely long time until the thing finally starts printing. Rattles and turns and clacks for minutes on end, cleaning itself almost to death and spraying as much ink as possible into the residual ink sponge. An unparalleled ink guzzler! Only of use to Canon. Zero points for the bitch.

    Can only confirm the first (lowest) opinion here - this printer is a bitch, as described. Even worse: it constantly loses its Wi-Fi. And now I have to pay FR. 84 for the replacement ink? Sorry, environment, the printer is going for recycling.

    I am very satisfied with the printer. The disadvantages of inkjet printers (expensive replacement ink etc.) are well known and this applies to all inkjet printers. However, it is ideal for printing individual photos.

    PS:     The note from Digitec under details that no USB cable is included is wrong. The cable is included - but you only need it briefly to set up WLAN.

    Wrong product.

    Consumes a lot of ink, I change the cartridge every 50-70 prints. The ink does not dry out as long as you use quality paper. Machine is slow to start up. Frequent error messages. I'm not sure I'd recommend this printer, despite its attractive price. To cut a long story short: it's a piece of crap.

    Unfortunately, I too must confirm what has already been...

    Unfortunately, I also have to confirm what has already been written down below. It also loses its Wi-Fi connection all the time and it takes ages for the printer to finally start. Only suitable for people with strong nerves and a lot of time. I am otherwise satisfied with Canon devices but sorry, people, the only thing you can do for this thing is a recall.

    Pixma printers have always been convincing.

    Very clean print. Quiet. Ink cartridges can also be used with other older models. Reasonably priced.
