Super!
I previously had a very old (+ 15 years) Brother sewing machine and wanted to treat myself to an upgrade - it was absolutely worth it.
The machine comes in the familiar Brother design with (for me) many innovations such as the threading aid and the transparent thread winding chamber, and 60 useful stitch types. I've already sewn my first overalls with it and the overlock stitch and buttonhole stitch, among others, work great even on sturdier material with stretch. The machine is easy to use, incredibly stable even at the fastest speeds and vibrations are very well absorbed.
I use the machine for private, occasional sewing projects (clothes, household cushions) and it is perfect for that, the different stitch types allow for a professional finish. It's just mega fun with the new machine :)Pro

Not worth it
The machine lifts up and wobbles when you press your hand down near the sewing foot. Borderline unusable. Also, only some of the rubber feet are height-adjustable.
