Instruction in the wrong language
I was surprised when I opened my parcel. The instructions are in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and Danish.... No French, Spanish, English, Italian, not even German :(

Perfect beginner machine
Purchased this as a total sewing novice and couldn't be happier. I was able to start sewing pretty much straight away after following the setup instructions. The machine is easy to use, although it felt a little daunting at first, it's easy to navigate and step by step instructions are provided...although you'll need to download these from the Brother website as the instructions provided are in Swedish for some reason :)

Excellent, but manuals in Scandinavian languages!
We're very satisfied, but why load the shipment with a paper manual in Finnish and Swedish and another in Danish and Norwegian if you still have to go and find a manual in a language you can understand on the internet? DVDs aren't very useful if you don't have a DVD player!
