Great!
Some reviews say that this model is very noisy. I'm sorry, but what do you expect from a blender? It can't work silently, especially when grinding ice or other solid foods. Noise for a blender is unavoidable. Based on usage experience, I can't say it's very loud.

Most powerful blender
For me, despite a few shortcomings, the best blender so far.it simply grinds everything super fine.but not to be used at night in a MFH.is too loud at max.speed.

Incomplete delivery / customer service only via a chatbot!
Unfortunately, I was unable to use the product as planned over Easter as the connection cable is fitted with a plug that is not compatible with Swiss sockets. After a long search (no customer service telephone number or customer service email address), I was unable to find any other way to report the problem other than via the review form. Too bad for the product, which otherwise does not make a bad impression. Digitec should create an uncomplicated contact form for such problems, which the customer can find without having to fill out a review form.
Very loud mixer and damaged

- The blender bowl was supposed to be made of glass, but I was given a plastic bowl,
- which was badly damaged, the mixer is very loud and when it works, it does not stand still
Perfect blender for the morning
In the morning, breakfast: I used to chop the oat flakes finely in the blender first and when I added the milk I had to "scrape away" the food with a knife on the inside of the blender before blending. I also used to have to take everything apart for cleaning: all these problems no longer exist with this blender!
