Good price/performance
Many people write here that after 3 months the part no longer works or is broken. Ehm what do you do?
Mine has been running for 1 year, I've just looked for the instructions on how exactly to clean it... It helps to take the filter apart from time to time, just twist off 2 parts. Wash out one part under water, tap out the fabric filter -> works tiptop.

Very disappointing
After three months of use, this hoover sucks up almost nothing. Even at this price, it is still theft on the part of Black & Decker, who dispose of these defective hoovers by selling them off. Eighty francs down the drain. Who are they kidding? The consumers, of course! They are the cheapest bin for Black&Decker as well as for those, like Galaxus, who sell their products. A big scam.

Wrong plug!
I can't use it for the time being because it has an EU plug that doesn't fit into the Swiss socket.
An appliance that is ordered in Switzerland should at least have an adapter in the box.
