Supports the breathing behavior efficiently
Price-performance is totally convincing. And nowadays definitely a very valuable support for deceleration, relaxation, stress relief / reduction. Very pleasant and easy to use
What a game changer, a super device
I have been suffering from Long Covid for 3 years. This means my nervous system is constantly overstimulated and dysregulated. This makes it very difficult to heal. The sympathetic nervous system is constantly on high alert, which causes exhaustion. In addition, my pulse is constantly over 90.
I use this device twice a day for 30 minutes. It gives me an extremely pleasant feeling and is like meditation. I find the sound of the device quite pleasant as it reminds me of the soothing purring of a cat.
It is very nice to look at and also very pleasant to touch.
For me, this device is a game changer when it comes to healing. In other words, it is very good for my health. My heart rate is now at a lower level and I feel that I have more energy available and am generally less exhausted.
