The scale asks for activity level when you set it up, so how often you exercise. This makes sense because it's important for basal caloric metabolism. At least I thought so. But it is always the same regardless of the activity level. Further, the scale says (one after the other! 1 minute apart) I have a body fat percentage of 27% (activity level 1), and then 11% (activity level 5). But body fat percentage has nothing to do with activity level except statistically. Same for water percentage, which is between 65% and 53% depending on activity level. Muscle percentage and bone mass don't change at other activity levels, which is good. Whether the bone mass is realistic I don't know, but the muscle percentage is not.

If I stand 1 cm further back, the scales make me almost 5 kg heavier. If I stand 1 cm further forward, it makes me almost 5 kg lighter. It's okay for scales to vary a little in weight. But this is beyond the scope. Not usable. What a pity.
