Powerful!
It's amazing how strongly this device kneads! The first time I used it, I had to reduce the pressure on my neck because it was kneading too hard at times. You can also use it on your calves or thighs. It also does a good job on the lower back when you're sitting down (I've got intervertebral discs...). All in all, a great device at a great price that simulates kneading hands perfectly.
