Practical gadget
The remote control loses the Bluetooth connection after a short time. To reconnect, it has to be turned off and doesn't always work straight away.

Misleading pictures and information
On the product page the pictures of the Benro BK 10 displayed and in the product description you say that "GoPro style and smartphone adapters with a removable Bluetooth remote." but this product has a completely useless remote powered by battery. The selfie stick itself is also worst quality than the Benro BK 10. I am very disappointed with this purchase and as I can see you don't even sell the Benro BK 10 anymore.

Stable, lightweight, inexpensive
Great, simple mini tripod for occasional video recording with the smartphone (iPhone X; fits in the holder even with a case), where it needs a stable stand; the selfie stick function is a nice extra, but doesn't interest me as much because I'm not a selfie maniac. It is good that the battery for the Bluetooth remote control is included in the scope of delivery. If you extend the tripod to the maximum height, it is about 80 cm high and then wobbles quite a bit with the iPhone on top. But it is okay for me in this price range.
Inside the box, by the way, there is also a round metal part stuck to an adhesive strip, probably an anti-theft device. I would remove it for environmental reasons before I dispose of the box.Pro
