Today is 23.12.2022. I ordered the product 2 1/2 months ago. In the last few weeks they said it would arrive on 23.12.2022. At least in time for Christmas. But today nothing came. When I called Galaxus, they said the iPhone would arrive on 24.12.2022, at the latest on 27.12.2022. Now I look in my customer account and see that the new delivery date is 25.01.2023.

Advance payment made on 13.10.2022. First delivery at the end of November 2022. then at the end of December 2022 and now it says end of January 2023!
What does that mean ?

I waited over 2 months for my order, the delivery was delayed 3 times, 2 times by a month and 1 time by a week. I had to cancel my order and got my money back for the pre-order. The money was refunded within 1 day, thanks for that at least. Overall, I am certainly not happy about customers being reassured and deceived.

I ordered the iPhone on 6 October and now have to find out once again that the delivery date has been postponed for the umpteenth time.
According to Digitec Galaxus, it should have been delivered today. Now again a new delivery date in January.
This is a joke... Take the product out of the shop if it can't be delivered.
Several buyers have been waiting for months and new buyers are also lured into the trap with "delivered tomorrow".
Very sad, I was an enthusiastic customer until now...

The delivery date was postponed several times. After multiple requests to the nice customer service, they kept promising that the device should arrive in the next few days, until it was postponed again. Very bad business practice. The main thing is to collect the money directly and then postpone the delivery date again and again. Highly dubious.

Digitec exploits the trust of customers to get them to buy from them, even though they know full well that the stated delivery dates cannot be met.
To ensure that the order arrives on time, it is better to order the device directly from Apple.
As a loyal Digitec customer, I was disappointed for the first time today!

The delivery date was postponed several times, although the nice customer service had stated before each postponement that the item would "surely come in the next few days" to keep the customer in line. Money was of course collected directly when the order was placed. In the meantime, the delivery date has been postponed for the fifth time to 31.01.23. Either Galaxus is totally incompetent and cannot compare its inventory with the orders to give an (approximate) correct delivery date, or they are deliberately deceptive in order to be able to debit the account and work with the money - which is worse now I leave undecided.

It simply can't be that it says "delivered the day after tomorrow" and then 3h later it says 01.02.2023 delivered!!!

Just be honest and inform your customers if a product is difficult or impossible to deliver.

The IPhone was ordered on 7.10.22!
And it now shows that it is expected to be delivered on 02.02.23!!!! It is unacceptable.

Ordered for 2 weeks, the delivery date was set for today. Then in the afternoon they said it would be delivered on 25.01.2023.
There can be delivery problems, but what Galaxus wants to sell blindly is cheeky! They know very well when a product will be available or not. I am angry at digitec because of the lack of communication. I would have ordered it directly from the manufacturer, who also keeps to the deadline.
In addition, these price fluctuations, I only experience this here at Digitec that a product becomes more expensive due to demand. Am I on tutti-ch or facebook marketplace here?

I have been a customer for many years and picked up my first orders at the warehouse myself. Unfortunately, this year is a complete disaster as far as delivery and service are concerned! Digitec already played the wrong game with the delivery date with the new Apple TV, which I then bought directly from Apple, where the delivery date was met.
Unfortunately, I also had to cancel the 2 Iphones today and have now also ordered them directly from Apple.
Too bad Digitec!

Digitec/Galaxus is playing on the hope of buyers that they will receive their items sooner than they would at other retailers. I have also made this mistake. Delivery dates are given that cannot be met. Especially before Christmas.
I was supposed to receive my item today. In fact, however, it has not even been shipped. While the buyers are still informed on the product website that they will receive their items tomorrow, Digitec has known for a while that they will not be able to meet this deadline.
Example: Yesterday my status was changed, at short notice, to delivery between 24,12,-28,12. However, on the product page it said: Delivery tomorrow.
In the meantime, my status has been changed back to "Today". Sure, who believes it.
If this were true, I would simply have had to order again and would have had my new order before my previous one.

I agree with the angry reviews. At two-week intervals, the delivery date is pushed back to a month later. The announced delivery times are completely made up.

I have waited 3 months for delivery of the product. They changed the date MULTIPLE times, every time setting the date to further in the future. Then they fixed it on 23.12.2022 - a day before christmas. On 21.12.2022 they delayed again to 01.02.2023. TRAGEDY - I will learn my lesson and order directly from the producer whatever I can in future. Meanwhile, they keep saying delivered tomorrow on their webpage = INTENTIONAL SCAM.

I ordered an iPhone 14 Promax from Galaxus on 5 November. I preferred this provider because they promised a delivery after 2 weeks without obligation but in a serious and credible way. The delivery was postponed on 16.12, one day before the 2 delivery date without obligation to the end of 2022 - with a flowery wording after the owner asked about the whereabouts. First they cashed in approx. 1,600 euros in advance and then wrote to the customer after 6 weeks that he could cancel, and at the same time still list the iPhone in his shop, so that other customers also had to fork out liquidity. I'm looking forward to the answer from Galaxus with standard text module formulations iSv "we're sorry dear customer" = "of course we're not sorry you moron" and "delivery without obligation" = "methodically deceived you to finance our juice shop". I ordered the phone on 04.11.2022 after having my old phone in repair 3 times after 1 year of use. The phone is used as a company mobile phone. On 23.12. the portal said it was to be delivered. In the afternoon I stood at the counter and had a rude awakening. The "friendly" customer service told me that the phone would be ready for delivery around 6 pm. I even bought a new cover. Slightly annoyed, I drove home only to find an email in the box less than 20 minutes later that the delivery date had been set for the beginning of January.
After a phone call to customer service, they explained to me that an online shop cannot promise when a product will arrive. As you can see, we run an online shop ourselves. If I worked like this, I would have no more customers!
I find this behaviour simply impudent. In the meantime, I receive an email almost every day with another extension (now already at the beginning of February). I really doubt whether I'll get another phone at all.
In the end, I'm only waiting because the product insurance digitec offers is unbeatable so far. A 5-year "guarantee" for just under CHF 200 is my only reason to wait so far.
Nevertheless, I am very disappointed. Good online shopping is different.

Ordered on 23.11, expected delivery on 23.12.22 ... then expected delivery in January 2023 ... then unknown delivery date ... then expected delivery in January 2023 => basically, never trust the delivery date of the site, order it from Apple.
Also, in the meantime, the site announces a next day delivery time... while your delivery time is the following month.
To be avoided.

I have not been a customer of Galaxus for long, so far I have been very satisfied, but what they are doing with this order is really brazen.
Ordered on Black Friday (25.11.22) before 1am. Delivery announced for 15 December 22. Then on 13.12.22 an email arrived saying that delivery would be delayed by approx. 7-9 days. Okay, can happen sometimes, so what. But now hold on to your hats, this is the absolute limit: On 20.12.22 I received another e-mail announcing delivery on 31.01.23. A whole 6 weeks later. A whole 6 weeks later. And I'm almost afraid that it won't stop there. How long am I supposed to wait as a customer? Until the next generation is introduced in September?
And to top it all off: The manufacturer's website offers delivery of the same device between 02.01.23 and 11.01.23.
Instead of first supplying the customers who have already ordered and paid, Galaxus is happily selling on, giving delivery dates that are constantly postponed and generating revenue. Of course, they collected the money directly after the purchase.
Agrees 1:1 with the experiences of others here.

I ordered the product 2 times last night and it said "Delivered tomorrow, 2 pieces ordered from supplier" or "Available for collection in shop".
The product is no longer available, or after order no. 1, only 1 piece was available.
Shortly after ordering, the status says: "Delivery between 28.2.2023.....".
Then I cancel. and what does it say under the product again??? Exactly: "Delivered tomorrow, 2 pieces ordered from supplier".
Dear Digitec Team. So far I know such (intentional?) misinformation mainly from Melectronics. But maybe your owner is rubbing off on you.... sad, lousy, not digitec-worthy. but maybe the new truth?

Actually, I am an opponent of bad product reviews when it is actually the service of the trader and not the quality of the product that is not right. Unfortunately, the stated delivery date is repeatedly postponed. Supposedly, the supplier is in the same situation and Apple does not deliver. I find it tragic that channel sales accept this while Apple delivers more quickly to direct customers.

I also ordered the iPhone at the beginning of October. At the end of December, I had enough of waiting and cancelled the purchase of the iPhone 14 Pro Max. without any problems and received my money back immediately. At the same time, I placed the order at the Apple Store. According to the SMS info from the Apple Store, I will receive the phone tomorrow. Of course, I don't know whether this is still possible.
This should give digitec.ch pause for thought. Apple doesn't seem to treat all dealers the same, or am I mistaken? On top of that, the phone is not more expensive there.

For once, I am rating Digitec's service and communication after more than three months of stalling, not the device.
Update: Yesterday 12.1. cancelled and ordered online from Apple, today 13.1. already in hand. For the same price as the franc. Plus, directly after the order, a toast on the old iPhone with the offer (free of charge, without / with too small iCloud plan) to temporarily save ALL data in the iCloud, in order to then restore to the new phone without any problems.
The trend that I buy less and less at Digitec continues.
