AOC CQ27G2U/BK
2560 x 1440 pixels, 27"
Use the monitor for about 3 weeks and am fully satisfied
+ Super price for 144hz and 1440p at 27 "
+ Red on the screen more inconspicuous than expected (because darker than in the pictures)
+ Equipment
+ Ergonomics
+ Adaptive Sync
- Standard settings
- Clouding (which doesn't bother me)
Update:
+ G-Sync Compatible ( Automatic )
I recommend to download the AOC G-Menu.
Then you can change the settings via mouse.
The screen is top in itself. In my case, the experience is unfortunately somewhat marred by the fact that I was explicitly looking for a monitor with a pivot function (i.e. 90 degrees rotatable in "portrait" mode instead of "landscape").
The manufacturer's site (AOC) advertised this feature, so I was in contact with the manufacturer, who was able to confirm that this was a misstatement. Unfortunately, other intermediaries like Digitec and Amazon have adopted this misrepresentation.

Now I can lose my games in even better quality - running.

The setup was pretty simple and came with a Swiss connector included from Galaxus. The monitor does not have a pivot function.
On the PC good software to be able to adjust the monitor with the mouse. Unfortunately the setting for adaptive sync is missing there. (NO this monitor does NOT have AMD FREESYNC!!! As it wrongly says in the specifications) The operation on the monitor is also good. If you have Adaptive Sync on and run a game the monitor has a lot of flickering!!! If you turn it off the flickering goes away, but in some games you now have a stupid image tearing.
The next problem is ghosting. Especially in darker areas (most noticeable in YT Darkmode) the ghosting is extremely visible. You can get rid of this by setting the monitor's beautiful colors to "Gives" and adding a bit of white.
Sometimes the monitor has problems with the Displayport and does not recognize any source.
All in all, a good monitor once you get your problems fixed.

I bought this monitor as I thought it'd be an upgrade to my old TN, 144hz, g-sync AOC monitor.
Though the image quality is nice, I was quickly met with a wide range of issues that nearly got me to refund this product.
First off, Adaptive-Sync. I never had a single issue with my previous g-sync monitor, but the first thing I noticed on this monitor is that having Adaptive Sync on causes abhorrent flickering whenever your in game FPS goes over/under a set limit. This can range from being extremely distracting to downright unplayable. I ended up turning adaptive sync off entirely... which isn't a big deal to me personally, but is something to consider.
The real issue comes with ghosting... I get that this is very typical with this type of panel, but it can get pretty ridiculous at times, especially in games with night-time sections. You can tweak the monitor settings to reduce it, but in my experience you can't fully eliminate it. However, I was able to get accustomed to it eventually after a few days of using this monitor with some prior-tweaking. I still chose to give the monitor 3 stars because adaptive-sync can easily be toggled off and I think the image quality is pretty good.

All around a perfect monitor for everyday work as well as gaming. Attention, if gaming then please a sufficiently strong graphics card, because 2560 x 1440 pixels must first be calculated. ;) You simply cannot go wrong with this monitor. This also applies to the non-curved variant.

Yes great, computer set to standby, an hour later wants to switch on, monitor does not light up. Not at all. Not even the little LED display...I wonder if I'm sitting on a broken device or just this CLEAN Chinese power supply. In any case, this is obvious fraud. You can save your would-be repairs!
Addendum: The NT seems to work...

It's a pity that Digitec seems to have stored the product specifications of another model.
The pivot function is advertised in the pictures. In addition, the power supply should be integrated according to the picture.
Both you find out only after unpacking that this is not so.
Pivot was a "nice to have" for me, the external power supply is more of a nuisance for VESA mounting.
Otherwise, I am satisfied with the device.

Is generally great and a recommendation. It already comes with an HDMI and DP cable, would have been great if I had known that before I ordered it.
Bought for my son, who is totally thrilled (gaming). Wanted to take the screen for the home office, but had no chance :-)

All in all, you won't make a mistake with a purchase here. Good price for many awesome features.
The only thing to note is that ghosting is typical for VA. I don't find it too disturbing. With the various overdrive modes you can get the ghosting under control quite well. Colors are strong.
It also has to be said: I waited two months for the screen. Digitec communicated the delivery times very unprofessionally and always pushed them back.

Super fast delivery, gladly again!
Very good budget monitor with 144hz, 2K resolution, rich colours and good workmanship.

Looks good, but the software that is supposed to be used to conveniently set the preferences is rubbish. The one that can be used to operate the OSD is acceptable. Unfortunately, it is not possible to update the firmware. Of the 3 I bought, 2 have different FW versions... which wouldn't be a problem if it could be updated. But since I have not yet had the desire to seriously deal with it, it could also be an operating error. The different modes for adjusting the colour reproduction are rubbish, so leave it on standard anyway. Then it's ok.
Reaction and reproduction are OK for the price and the panel used. But it's probably not for ambitious gamers.
The workmanship and mechanical adjustability are good.
Very very disappointing is the relatively large black bar in the screen which runs all around the display. This is not mentioned/visible in any review or picture. You are led to believe that the display extends to the edge of the case, which is unfortunately not at all true.
