I've had the scooter for almost a month now and have covered about 250 km so far, and now I'm already having the first problems. It's a nice, stable scooter in itself, but when it comes to problems, you're left alone. As soon as I reach 14 km/h, the scooter switches off automatically or drives up to a maximum of 16 km/h, then brakes automatically and displays the error code "E6". When I contacted Acer support (which was more difficult than I thought anyway), I had to hang up in disappointment because no one can help me, as they can't support the product themselves and don't know anything about it. Sorry, but which company (which has built up a name for itself and is well-known and big) sells a product and does not train the employees to support this product?
Another disadvantage of the scooter is that, unlike other manufacturers, it is very heavy to carry and, due to its size, difficult to stow away in public transport. You can't just put it under the seat with this scooter.
The scooter can do a maximum of 40 km per battery charge (if it goes downhill in between). It has a hard time going uphill and only very slight inclines are possible.
On the positive side, I can say that the scooter is large, so you are also noticed as a road user, the scooter has turn signals at the back, which is especially important at night when it gets dark. In addition, the scooter seems very stable, which also makes it pleasant to ride.
To sum up: I do not recommend buying the Acer Electro Scooter Series 5. It is better to choose a brand that is known for scooters and, if necessary, spend a few francs more, but you get what you order.

Didn't receive the charger with the scooter
And when the scooter broke down, the batteries stopped charging

All in all, a great scooter, suitable for daily use, long travelling performance, easy to operate!

The tyres are already worn out after less than 20 km and the brakes have been squeaking since day one. Not worth the money.

It can climb with my wife who arround 50kg, but it still not able to bring her out of the garage.
The one which came apart is returned, the other one already has 108km and works kinda fine. I don’t really feel the double braking thing and it doesn’t accelerate that well to be necessary such a big brakepower for 20km/h.
To cruise in a flat city is more than perfect for 400chf but I expected to be stronger.
