No, according to the supplier, the pen is only compatible with the Wacom devices CTH-490/690 & CTL-490. I will report the misleading product description and hope that it can be adjusted in the near future.

No, unfortunately not. I also bought the pen and tried it myself on my CTL-4100 Wacom tablet and it just didn't respond (although I set everything up correctly). The Wacom 4K Intuos definitely works, hope I could help you.

No, the pen only works with the Wacom Intuos items.
