New: CHF 38.90 with availability "Unknown" from digitec Used: CHF 50 with availability "ca. 1 - 5 days" from user swissalp (private person) swissalp was clever to sell a keyboard that digitec can't deliver at the moment at a higher price in the hope that someone would rather pay a little more and have the keyboard instead of paying less and waiting (possibly for a long time) for it.

I don't think other customers in the community will be able to give you the right information. Please communicate your product requests directly to the customer service department so that they can forward them to the appropriate department.
macOS sometimes needs a little help when using normal keyboards. You can assign each key to a new function with Karabiner-Elements, a free software. Downloadable here: pqrs.org/osx/karabiner/ I myself use this keyboard with macOS and had to reassign several keys. (such as the media keys, swapping ALT and CMD, etc.).

In this case, I would go by the specifications and not the product picture. As far as I know, this is not the first time that the product picture and the specifications of a keyboard do not match. And otherwise I assume that the customer service will be accommodating in such a case. PS: A QWERTY arrangement is shown ;) PPS: Have you had a look at the reviews? First rating: "CH layout" as a plus point, mentioned in the text for the third and fourth.
