It turned out that the 2.5mm plug does not fit. It must therefore be a 5.5mm x 2.1mm plug, even though some descriptions of the extension cables state that 2.5mm is suitable for the C310.
You can find the TP-Link Tapo C325WB network camera in our shop under the following link: TP-Link C325WB (2688 x 1520 pixels)
The MeanWell plug-in power supply Euro Plug In 9V 0.66A 6W and the Rs Pro Power Adapter Euro Plug In 9V 7.5W should fit. The power of both is higher than the original. The plug should also fit, it may be a little tighter because the centre hole is narrower within the tolerance range. However, it is rare that the power supply fails. Are you sure the camera is still OK? I have already experienced with other brands (Arlo) that they draw too much current and regularly burn out power supplies. It's quickly no longer worth it. My Tapos have been running for over 3 years without interruption or failure.
Hello Yes it is possible, it is a ball joint on the mounting foot and can be moved in all directions.
No - unfortunately not, but I hope that this will come soon with a new version.
Hi The app is free, but you need an annual subscription to store the videos in the cloud. To get around this, you can work with a micro SD. I for example have 5 cameras installed and use the cloud storage of Tapo. You can regulate the notifications of the respective motion messages yourself, but yes, it is transferred directly to your mobile phone with picture/video.
Hello Domino1112, the power cable is 3m long.
Hello Karsten I haven't found an app for the PC yet either. For me it runs on the iPhone and the Lenovo tablet.
I now have 2 x c310.....both have a noise on the cam's loudspeaker, I have tried all settings, but without success. Do you have any answers? mfg
I don't think the camera can record all the time. But it records as long as something is moving. I don't know how long it records, because when the memory is full it overwrites the oldest recordings.
2x Yes, the camera needs power and if you want to access it seamlessly, it needs Wi-Fi.
Unfortunately have no idea, as I do not know this app
If you change the resolution of the cam to "Best Quality" in the Tapo app, the full resolution is output.
"Can you remove the wings when you don't need Wi-Fi, but only via the plug?" I don't think so, but you can fold them all the way back. "Is there a snapshot URL function?" I have no idea.
Both can be switched on or off separately.
I don't know but it works fine with the Tapo app. I already have two cams on it and the app does it perfectly.
No. No memory cards are supplied with the Tapo cameras (C200, C310...). A uSD up to 128GB can be installed (accessory). The camera works "live" even without a uSD. However, a memory card is required for recording.
Apple doesn't. Google and Alexa do. But Apple is locked, so I think you can connect them.
Motion detection and notifications: Alerts you when the camera detects motion. Normally you should be able to set this yes.
