So with my Macbook 13.30 it's very tight. So if the Surface is only a little bigger, it very likely won't fit.
Unfortunately, we do not have any experience reports on this. However, it can be assumed that the keyboard will also fit inside. The pictures show a certain amount of space between the bag and the notebook. The keyboard should fit there.
This is a cover for the 13" MacBook Pro/Air (2016+). :)

It will fit, but it won't be practical, the sizes are very tight and when the covers are new, even with the right size, I find that you have to force it a little afterwards, the material is soft and deformable within reason.
I have a new M2 MacBook Pro in this case - fits very snug - even a little too tight. Fitting better after a couple of weeks use now. Definitely no space to slide.

Yes, it fits perfectly.
Other notebooks also fit in there, they simply must not be bigger than an Apple 13.3 inch Macbook. The bag is 32 x 23 cm if the Asus notebook is also that big, then it will fit in well.
It has a circular inner lining and fits the MacBookAir m2 perfectly. No problem.

I think so. I use the case for the Macbook Pro M1 - the dimensions only differ in height. The M1 Pro has 15 mm and the Air 16 mm.

I would not recommend these for a 14" MacBook. Because even with the 13.3" you have to "moss" them a bit.
