Our rice cooker has been working perfectly for 3 years. Use according to the instructions. We always enjoy the flawless delicious rice.
Normally, the device is delivered with a Swiss plug. However, if this is not the case, we will deliver the device with a mini adapter. Once this is clipped onto the European size plug, the device can be used as if the plug had always been Swiss. This is what the mini adapter looks like: Max Hauri Fixed adapter (Schuko socket, Type E+F (CEE 7/7))
