How to change soflow gears 12260990

There is no gear shift. The drive is regulated via the throttle, whereby it effectively boils down to "all or nothing" because the drive levels in between cannot be controlled properly.

The app is only necessary and useful for changing the driving mode. You must therefore try to get the app to work via support. To do this, however, you must be able to prove legal ownership.

Have you accidentally locked the scooter in the app? Then you have to unlock it. Or battery not charged. Or you have to push the scooter before you accelerate.

Hey, loosen the two covers on the left and right where the cat's eye is attached (2x Allen key each). Then loosen the Allen screws on the rear mudguard (6 this time). Now you have to fix the thin cable of the rear light somewhere on the right side with a cable tie (otherwise it will slip into the housing). Then disconnect the cable. When all this is done, you can remove the rear light from the mudguard with a 10 mm nut. The cable is glued into the cable guide in the mudguard with hot glue. You must somehow fumble the cable through the small hole. (If you can't -> just loosen the motor with the 2 large silver nuts). The last step is to reassemble everything backwards.

Unfortunately, it does not appear that this is a part that we can add to the range. However, we invite you to contact our customer service department; perhaps our staff will be able to help you: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/fr/requests/new Alternatively, you can find the manufacturer's contact information via the following link: https://www.soflow.com/eu/support/

The data sheet states max. permissible axle load 85kg. Means max. permissible load 170kg. The scooter has about 20kg, which means max. permissible rider weight 150kg.

Hello FruitieCrab This is the first generation of the SoFlow SO4 Pro. As I have owned the e-scooter for almost two years and it is still top notch, I can highly recommend it.

Yes you can. The app is used to lock the scooter so that no one can start it and drive away, which is still handy. You can also track the distances and kilometres travelled and compete with other SoFlow riders who also use the app. The kilometres travelled give you points, which can be redeemed for discounts in the shop. You can switch between the 3 speed modes, but I didn't notice a difference in any of them. I have used the app 3 times and then never again because you have to have the app open while riding and without a mount that is not possible, besides it is of no use to me and when I am in a hurry I don't have time for it anyway.

I noticed that the charging plug on the Soflow is very stiff. This could possibly be because you have not inserted the plug deep enough. Try pushing the plug in deeper with a little more force and a slight twisting motion until the lamp changes to red.

No, the rear light is always on at the same intensity. My scooter accelerates to 22.8 in sport mode at the beginning and then runs pretty constantly at 22 kmh. The acceleration is even for me.
