Transmitter & Receiver
According to the operating instructions, you can use 2 headphones at the same time, but please note the following: If two headphones are connected to the transmitter, the aptX low latency audio coding method is not supported. With this configuration and depending on other factors, such as the headphone models used, the synchronisation of the sound with the TV picture may not be fully guaranteed.
Hello Everything included, USB cable , 3.5mm to 3.5mm jack stereo cable and Toslink cable (optical cable) Greetings Robertange

The adapter must be switched on manually. If you have plugged the adapter into the cable, you must switch it on manually as soon as you start the device. The adapter does not switch on automatically when the car is started.
Automatically generated from the .Set the switch on the back of the BT T100 to optical input if not already done ? Search for headphones via Bluetooth ! Possibly try to use the Aux input. Of course, Samsung TV must be set to fibre optic output and TV speaker must be switched off
I connected Sony headphones, but it's designed to connect any Bluetooth device, so it's bound to work.
No. Caution: bluetooth version 4.2
Hi unfortunately I don't know but I couldn't connect my Bose QC 45 and Apple Air pods.
The BT T100 is also getting on a bit. Perhaps an update can be made there as well?
I had similar experiences. With the SEnnheiser it doesn't always work smoothly either, but it's much better :-)
The BT T100 works for me on a Sony TV that is about 8 years old. I have never tried it on other devices.
Have you tried to "pair" the devices again? Each has its own "pairing" mode which you can activate. If I remember correctly, the Sennheiser by pressing longer on the "on" button, and same thing for the Sony headset. That's what I did as well and it works. This procedure you should only have to do once in a while (can't tell you what exactly causes the "unpairing" situation though). Cheers!
Hello - you have mixed up the question. This is a Bluetooth receiver! Have a nice weekend
I have no idea. You can possibly ask the manufacturer... On my ten-year-old Samsung TV and my VUplus Duo2, the part works absolutely flawlessly. I can recommend it.
I bought this device and was able to pair it successfully with the sony anc 1000xm3 without any problems.
No, this is a pure transmitter. It takes an audio signal via jack or optical Toslink, and sends it to a Bluetooth receiver, e.g. wireless headphones.
I wasn't happy with the sennheiser bluetooth transmitter either. it works much better with the apple tv box and airpods.
Possibly an interfering device (e.g. WLAN modem) in the vicinity. I would change the position slightly, maybe just a turn is enough. Good luck!
Hello Kevin Since you have connected the BT T100 correctly, I would assume that the device is defective. For me, the transmitter works with a wide variety of devices. What you should try is to change the power supply. In general, when you try something, you should only make one change and try again, then make the next change. I'm sure I'm not telling you anything new. If all attempts fail, replace the transmitter. Greetings Stephan
I also use the BT-100 with a Toslink splitter. However, I had to experiment a little until both connected devices worked. You have to pay attention to the quality and length of the fibre optic cables, the shorter the less loss. HS
On B&O's advice I ordered Telme2 toslink to bluetooth adapter works fine. I have a second one which I am selling today on Ricardo.
