Buying 2 x the same monitor makes sense, because then the resolution is the same. They should at least have the same resolution and size, otherwise there will be strange effects such as the mouse jumping when you move from one to the other. Accessories? That depends very much on the laptop used and not on the monitors.

Nothing can be heard on the Samsung monitor.

I see no reason why the F24T450GYU should not run on this dock. It's a normal office workstation monitor that doesn't have any major requirements.
