It is an Alcantara seat.
Unfortunately, I don't know any place to sit for a test. But I personally don't find the seat really comfortable (185cm/approx. 100kg). But you can still play in it for a long time.

There is a separate mounting kit for the playseat to mount a gearstick etc.
A monitor arm that can be attached to the "seat" is not available for this model. However, there is a free-standing mount Playseat TV Stand Pro.
Yes, it is a metal plate, you can actually attach all of them.
