It depends very much on the distance to the router and the provider or its local conditions. Values such as you describe from the Fritzbox are orders of magnitude higher than what I have ever seen with the M6.

Personally I haven't tried it, I had an old router with this type of antenna. I wasn't too convinced by the antenna's performance. The only advice is to place the router where it can pick up the ➕️ network.

Hello caknaus, unfortunately I can't tell you much about the unit because I set it up once and have used it for maybe 1 hour since then. The unit is in a holiday flat and I go there once a month. What I can say is that it has about the same performance as its predecessor, the M5 pro. With both models, the WLAN is only 50 % after 5 m and through a wall. Greetings Urs

Hello Mysti_m If I understand you correctly, you want the router to connect to the internet via 5G/4G/3G and then make a permanent VPN connection to your home network. All your requests will then go (no matter from which device connected to the router) via mobile network first via VPN to your home networker and from there uncovered to the internet. If that is your wish: No, the device with the current firmware (05.2023) cannot do that. However, it allows you to initiate a VPN connection from your laptop / phone / tablet. The disadvantage is that you have to set up the connection from each device individually and that this (especially with mobile devices) can easily be interrupted again...
