The Nighthawk M3 Mobile Router supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies for WLAN transmission. However, it cannot directly forward a Wi-Fi signal that can be received on 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz. Instead, it can receive a 5G signal and pass it on via Wi-Fi to devices operating on either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. If you have an existing WLAN on 2.4 GHz that you want to forward to 5 GHz, this is not directly possible with this device.

You can use your Galaxus Sunrise Smartphone Flat Rate Fee SIM card in the Netgear Nighthawk M3, as the device is open to all major 5G and 4G LTE network operators. You can easily install and remove the SIM card to switch between different suppliers. Note, however, that you need an activated nano SIM card to use the device.

no, only MR5200 and MR6500. they are much more expensive than the normal M5 and M6 variants and are not available on digitec. i wouldn't recommend buying secondhand, i made the same mistake. netgear more or less admitted to me that they don't build their devices for resale.
