Miele Triflex HX1
Miele Triflex HX1
Hello this is normal! This is the carpet function. I think it is controlled by the air resistance. There are floors where it always switches on/off as you described. And other floors it stays off. However, with the carpet it is always on "lawn mower" :-) But it cleans floor mats etc. perfectly in this mode.
Dear Anowotar This has been a limited offer of a cash back paid directly by Miele Switzerland which meanwhile has expired. It had nothing to do with Digitec/Galaxus and was applicable only for the purchase of a new Triflex. Keep your eyes open as there are still good deals available from times to times. Best regards Peter PS I am still absolutely convinced that the Triflex is the best hand held vacuum cleaner on the market - so better wait ;-)
The rotating brush gets caught in the carpet hair and stops rotating (high floor approx. 3cm).
Either the carpet is blocking it (perhaps its hairs are too long), or once it is blocked it stays blocked and you have to restart it with the 3-notch on/off button. In case it no longer works at all, check whether the components are attached properly.
I don't know, sorry
The wall bracket protrudes 17 cm from the wall. With the hoover in place it is 30 cm.
Everything as in the pictures. A battery, charger and wall mount are included. I can highly recommend the device. We use it every day. Works perfectly on stone floors as well as on carpets.
I think miele says lifelong. I have been using it the vacuum for sometime and do think its wise to change the filter once a while 1 yr or so. You van tap the filter clean but still some dust stays
Hello, no it contains 1 battery which is continuously charged when the device is placed on its stand.
The floor nozzle is 19cm deep
oiled parquet is the best there is! and absolutely insensitive and easy to clean! (i recommend woca care products). i have this vacuum cleaner myself and oiled oak parquet. there are certainly no signs of saying that. but a parquet floor should be treated like a floor and not like furniture. that is, you should see that you live on it... but to your question: the vacuum cleaner does not give any signs on your floor! greetings
if you have 5,5cm you get 16cm underneath, that means with the brush. if you put the motor on top you get about 40cm underneath with 11cm... greetings
In addition to the hoover and charging station, 3 more simple standard attachments are also included
Register the purchase on the Miele website. The 100 francs will then be transferred.
No, not with this model.
In my experience, the minimum height is at least 15 cm. Otherwise the suction head is too high to get under furniture.

No idea - it's a marketing strategy - but I just saw the price of CHF 349 on QoQa.ch!
This corresponds to the Cat&Dog model in terms of equipment. However, it also has a second battery and a second charger. The housing colour is brown instead of black (Cat&Dog). The Pro version is not available everywhere in Switzerland. You can order it at Fust. We have the Cat&Dog and are very satisfied. So far, we haven't missed the second battery.
No, the cashback amount must be requested directly from the manufacturer by a certain date after the purchase.

Yes, it has. Separate filter that can be pulled out and cleaned.
