Due to different purchasing conditions and changing suppliers over a certain period of time, price changes/fluctuations may occur. We generally work with daily prices. For this article, our purchasing conditions are now so high that we would now have to pay a good deal more than the previous price.

Helpful answer

Hello I don't have exactly the same setting or solution but I would try the following: - Uninstall the display via the device manager and then install it again. - Check Samsung Online for a newer driver - Upgrade the firmware of the Microsoft Dock - Test the cable and monitor on another notebook to rule out a defect in the cable or monitor. - Connect the Surface to another monitor to rule out a defect in the Surface. Troubleshooting with try and error may take time. Plan B may be to simply use a USB-C to DisplayPort or USB-C to HDMI cable, the easier and faster solution. I run a Surface Laptop 5 with a Samsung LS34A650UXUXEN via the USB-C/Thunderbolt interface and it works perfectly. Best regards
