Shouldn't be an issue with Huawei's "Phone Clone". Had no problems when switching from Samsung to Huawei Mate 9. Same principle with the P20 Pro. The only problem I had when switching from Mate 9 to P20 Pro was that my P20 could not recognise the Mate 9, or vice versa. After a restart and clearing the cache, the problem was solved.

- iTunes I don't know, but Apple Music is available for Android as an app (but I use Spotify myself :-) - Synchro works for me for the calendar and the contacts simply via my Google address, then I have this as a master account on the MacBook for the contacts and the calendar. - for notes I use Evernote, which is also available as an app for MacOS. What makes you think the Huawei P20 Pro doesn't have Gorilla Glass? The device has Gorilla Glass 5, which is currently the highest standard. I removed the protector from the beginning. It bothers me because all the fingerprints are visible. The display is much less sensitive without the protector. So far I haven't had the slightest scratch on the phone and I usually carry it in my trouser pocket! I have also dropped it several times without the slightest damage. I have it in the original transparent silicone case!
Unfortunately, the display of the P20 Pro is not quite as bright as that of the Samsung. I had a little trouble in full sunshine, but otherwise there's nothing to complain about!

Actually, the models sold so far (i.e. all up to the P30 (Pro)) should not be affected and will continue to get updates. But you have to keep in mind that the P20 Pro is already over one and a half years old and therefore won't get updates for that long anyway :-)

Yes I have tested it but it depends on the application used but in principle yes.
the camera is great! but you have to learn to use it properly ... there are many modes ... since you say they are spongy ... for example the portrait mode uses a beauty mode which softens your skin (japanese style) which you can switch off ... also the latest system update is mandatory (the camera software is also constantly updated !!) tip from me: watch youtube videos how you really get everything out of fine cam with the p20pro !
No but watch out the residual value + 100 CHF is often the value you can get on ricardo or ebay, sometimes it's even higher if you sell it yourself.
