I can't say, but it's generally OK for streaming for one person. But as soon as several people use it at the same time, it falters. Also not suitable for onlingaming.
My last one was exactly the same. I bought this one and have had no problems so far. Unfortunately, it doesn't work without a battery. I would place it in a place where there are no strong temperature differences. This way the problem should not occur. e.g. inside close to the window for connection.

Yes it works in Europe. I bought it to go on holiday in Europe because in Switzerland I already have 4G from my phone. To charge a micro USB cable is provided. It needs a mobile phone charger.
If I remember correctly, it only switches off when it is on battery power; when it is connected to the mains, it runs like a normal router.
