The difference is the equipment. According to the manufacturer's website https://www.datalogic.com/deu/products/automatic-data-capture/general-purpose-handhelds/quickscan-i-qd2400-pd-612.html In the specifications you can see the manufacturer's number (all available in black BK or white WH). QD2430-BK CHF 104 => without everything (also without zwieblen) QD2430-BKK1 CHF 114=> with usb cable but without stand QD2430-BKK1S CHF 119=> with usb cable and gooseneck stand (see accessories) QD2430-BKK1B CHF 124=> with usb cable and autoscan stand Sorry for the late reply. hope it still helps.

Good day, Do you need the scanner for business use or for private use? If it is for private use, may I ask which bank you are with? Kind regards Niklas

Yes, it must work according to the manufacturer's instructions. "The QuickScan QD2400, is an imager that reads both linear barcodes and 2D codes - even from the display of a mobile phone or a loyalty card." https://www.datalogic.com/deu/products/automatic-data-capture/general-purpose-handhelds/quickscan-i-qd2400-pd-612.html QR = 2D

For correct text recognition country mode has to be set accordingly (Switzerland) see manual page 45 Keyboard Settings. Manual internet seach: Data_QuickScan_I_QD24XX_QBT24XX_QM24XX.pdf May be some one from Digitec could attach manual in Download. P.S. common INTERLEAVED 2 OF 5 can be set see page 131.

If a normal USB keyboard works on this adapter, this scanner should also work, because it does nothing other than keyboard input. The question is, of course, where the input has to be made. As I said, this one simply makes a text input with the standard configuration.

Yes, the hand scanner works perfectly on the Mac. The device is automatically recognised as a keyboard. If you select a text field, for example, and scan a code, the content of the code is written into the text field. The device works perfectly for me: Simply plug it into the USB port and the setup is complete.
