The 2 fans should be strong enough to cool the FX-9590. For lower temperatures, however, I would rather recommend a 240mm radiator similar to the Triton AIO water cooling: https://www.digitec.ch/de/Comparison/3451380-3481840

Indeed. You can mount the radiator with one or two fans. Third-party fans will probably fit, but beware of thickness since you'll probably have to use the screws provided with the cooler. Stock fans are very quiet though, as is the pump.
